CERIM0NIA DELLE INVESTITURE AL CASTELLO DI STARÁ ĽUBOVŇA, IN SLOVACCHIA, DEL GRAN PRIORATO DI SLOVACCHIA E DEL GRAN BALIATO DELLA REPUBBLICA CECA E CELEBRAZIONE DEL 90° ANNIVERSARIO DELLA CREAZIONE DELLA COMMENDA DI SLOVACCHIA

Ha avuto luogo a Hrad Stara Ľubovňa lo scorso 19 settembre la solenne cerimonia giubilare per il 90° anniversario (1936-2026) della fondazione della Commenda di Slovacchia (poi diventata Gran Priorato) con le investiture dei nuovi membri del Gran Priorato di Slovacchia e del Gran Baliato della repubblica Ceca.

E’ stato commemorato l'anno 1936, quando il Conte Ján Kanty Zamoyski fu ammesso al Consiglio dell’Ordine di Parigi e fu concesso il privilegio affinché le corti reali spagnole dei Borboni potessero celebrare tutta la tradizione lazzarita in sloveno.

In occasione di queste celebrazioni c’è stato il lancio di vere e proprie raccolte fondi di beneficenza, con donazioni ad organizzazioni sociali o ospizi.

INVESTITURE CEREMONY AT STARÁ ĽUBOVŇA CASTLE, SLOVAKIA, FOR THE GRAND PRIORY OF SLOVAKIA AND THE GRAND BAILIWICK OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC, AND CELEBRATION OF THE 90TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMMANDERY OF SLOVAKIA

On September 19th, the solemn jubilee ceremony marking the 90th anniversary (1936–2026) of the founding of the Commandery of Slovakia (which later became a Grand Priory) took place at Stará Ľubovňa Castle, featuring the investiture of new members into the Grand Priory of Slovakia and the Grand Bailiwick of the Czech Republic.

The event commemorated the year 1936, when Count Ján Kanty Zamoyski was admitted to the Order’s Council in Paris and the privilege was granted allowing the Spanish Bourbon royal courts to observe the full Lazarite tradition in the Slovak language.

These celebrations also saw the launch of charitable fundraising initiatives, with donations made to social organizations and hospices.
