SI PREPARA LA SUCCESSIONE NEL GOVERNO DEL GRAN BALIATO DI GERMANIA

Il Gran Balì Clemens Stroetmann, Avvocato ed ex Segretario di Stato delle Repubblica Federale di Germania, ha espresso il desiderio di ritirarsi dall’incarico dopo 40 anni di servizio all'Ordine e al raggiungimento dell'età di 80 anni.

Tale decisione dovrebbe essere accompagnata da un ricambio generazionale per garantire la continuità dell'operato dell'Ordine.

Il Gran Balì ha proposto al Gran Maestro Don Francisco Joaquín de Borbón y Graf von Hardenberg, come suo successore, il Dott. Andreas Rademacher, mentre Benjamin Rosenthal succederà al Cancelliere André Poppowitsch, che si dimette a causa degli impegni aggiuntivi legati agli studi di teologia.

Il Capitolo dell'Ordine ha approvato all'unanimità la proposta del Gran Balì di nominare Andreas Rademacher e Benjamin Rosenthal a partire dal 1° gennaio 2026.

Il Balì Bernd Rauch è stato nominato per un secondo mandato. L'investitura ufficiale di Andreas Rademachers e Benjamin Rosenthal è prevista in occasione dell'investitura a Düsseldorf.

In qualità di Gran Balì emerito, Clemens Stroetmann continuerà ad accompagnare l'Ordine dal 2026 in poi.

THE SUCCESSION IN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE GRAND BAILIWICK OF GERMANY IS BEING PREPARED

Grand Bailiff Clemens Stroetmann, lawyer and former State Secretary of the Federal Republic of Germany, has expressed his wish to retire after 40 years of service to the Order and on reaching the age of 80.

This decision should be accompanied by a generational change to ensure the continuity of the Order's work.

The Grand Bailiff has proposed to Grand Master Don Francisco Joaquín de Borbón y Graf von Hardenberg, as his successor, Dr. Andreas Rademacher, while Benjamin Rosenthal will succeed Chancellor André Poppowitsch, who is resigning due to additional commitments related to theological studies.

The Order's Chapter unanimously approved the Grand Bailiff's proposal to appoint Andreas Rademacher and Benjamin Rosenthal as Chancellors as of 1 January 2026.

Bailiff Bernd Rauch was appointed for a second term. The official investiture of Andreas Rademachers and Benjamin Rosenthal is scheduled to take place in Düsseldorf.

As Grand Bailiff Emeritus, Clemens Stroetmann will continue to accompany the Order from 2026 onwards.
