Paolo Scollo is a full professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Kore University of Enna.

In 1995, he received the European Diploma of Excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology awarded by the European Board in Obstetric and Gynecology, UPIGO and UEMS. He attended from 1.04.1988 to 30.04.1988 the Gynecological Clinic of the University of Ljubljana, participating as a member of the operating team in numerous operations.

He attended from 08/25/1993 to 09/04/1993 the Obstetric and Gynecological Clinic of the University of Edinburgh, from 09/06/1993 to 09/18/1993 the Obstetric and Gynecological Clinic of the University of Erlangen (Germany), taking part in numerous gynecological surgeries, and from 04/09/96 to 04/19/96 the Department of Gynecological Oncology of St Bartholomew's and Royal Marsden Hospitals in London.

Paolo Scollo, an internationally renowned gynecologist, has served as president of the Italian Society of Gynecologic Oncology and the Italian Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics.

On February 15, 2025, he was elected Magnifico Rector of the Kore University of Enna.

He has been a member of the Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem since 2019.
